Speciality Therapy Services
The following modalities offer a non-verbal, experiential approach to therapy that supports nervous system regulation, trauma recovery, and deeper self-awareness.
At CYOP, our individualized therapeutic healing services help our clients open the door to transformation in ways that traditional talk therapy alone sometimes cannot.
By reconnecting mind and body, clients can release stored tension, develop a greater sense of self, and nurture lasting coping strategies that build resilience.
Art Therapy
Art Therapy is an integrative mental health and human services profession that enriches the lives of individuals, families, and communities through active art-making, creative process, applied psychological theory, and human experience within a psychotherapeutic relationship. Art Therapy, facilitated by a professional art therapist, effectively supports personal and relational treatment goals as well as community concerns.
Art Therapy is used to improve cognitive and sensory-motor functions, foster self-esteem and self-awareness, cultivate emotional resilience, promote insight, enhance social skills, reduce and resolve conflicts and distress, and advance societal and ecological change. -American Art Therapy Association

Embodied Therapy
We know based on research, that our bodies can store our emotions and trauma. When we use embodied interventions, we are able to bring the brain (emotional) and the body (physiological) together. In this session, we will work to create meaningful interactions using our body, including breathwork to release emotions or trauma that may be stuck. Yoga combined with breathwork are a great place to start experiencing and exploring embodiment.
During this session, a gentle yoga practice will assist in bringing about awareness of physical sensations and how our body might respond to different situations. Embodied therapy is an integrative practice that creates a sacred space where time expands and slows down, allowing you to find your deepest sense of self.

Sound Bath Therapy
A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are immersed in soothing sound vibrations from instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. This practice promotes deep relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety, enhances mental clarity, and supports emotional and physical healing.
Under guidance, you’ll ease into restorative yoga poses supported by props to ensure comfort and relaxation. As you rest in the final yoga poses or simply lie down comfortably, the sound bath begins, enveloping you in a serene soundscape.
This experience is like a vibrational massage at the cellular level, gently easing tension, reducing stress, and supporting energy alignment. Whether you seek pain relief, emotional balance, or clarity, each session offers a space for deep relaxation, relief, and balance.
